Excel File Contents
The exported file contains multiple sheets organized logically:
Sheet 1: Executive Summary
The first sheet presents a high-level summary ideal for managers:
- Study information: Name, dates, company, technician
- Statistical parameters: Confidence level, error margin
- Key metrics:
- Total observations performed
- % Productive / Non-productive / Delays
- Required vs. completed observations
- Conclusions: Summary of main findings
Sheet 2: Data by Task
Detailed table with the complete analysis per task:

- Rating: Performance rating (if applicable)
- Notes: Additional comments
Sheet 4: Summary by Station
Analysis grouped by each work station:
- Total observations per station
- % Productive per station
- Top 3 most frequent tasks per station
- Comparison between stations

Study documentation for reference:

How to Export
Steps to export:
- 1 Open the study
From the dashboard or study list
- 2 Go to the "Report" tab
Or "Settings" depending on the version
- 3 Click on "Export to Excel"

File Format
File Name
The file is automatically named following the pattern:
Example: Sampling_Production_Line_A_2025-01-15.xlsx
Visual Format
The file includes professional formatting:
- Headers: Colored backgrounds, bold text
- Borders: Tables with defined lines
- Column widths: Auto-adjusted
- Number format: Percentages with decimals, localized dates
- Category colors: Green/Red/Yellow for quick identification

Configuration Export
You can export only the configuration (stations and tasks) without the observation data. Useful for:

Export and save the Excel file at the end of each study. It is your permanent backup and the basis for presentations, although data is also safe in the cloud.
